Match notes No BCF umpire was available for this league game. Farrukh Mansoor (GCC) and Hanif Shaker (Arcadians) umpired the game. Arcadians submitted a complaint to the League Chairman against several perceived irregularities: 1) the improper fielding of the 12th man after the departure of Ahad Hussein, apparently for no valid reason; 2) the umpiring of Farrukh Mansoor (including three doubtful LBW decisions and a striking difference in the judgement of wides in the two innings); 3) the refusal of GCC to hand over the scoresheet to the home team (Arcadians) after the game. The Disciplinary Panel in its first ruling rejected the first two complaints, but deducted 5 points from GCC for the third irregularity.
